BOOKING, PAYMENT AND TRAVEL TERMS

13. Pricing and Fare Information

The total price displayed at the time of booking includes all applicable taxes, government-imposed fees, and Adam Vacations service fees. Please note the following:

• All fares and bookings are not guaranteed until the ticket has been issued by the airline or supplier. Prices may vary due to fare class availability, currency fluctuations, or airline-imposed changes between the time of booking and the time of ticket issuance.
• Prices displayed may not include baggage fees, seat selection charges, meal preferences, or other optional services charged directly by the airline or supplier.
• Your credit or debit card may be billed in multiple charges totalling the final booking amount.
• Free checked baggage allowance, where applicable, is determined by the airline and varies by route, fare class, and cabin type. Airlines may impose additional charges for checked baggage, excess baggage, or oversized luggage. Please contact the airline directly for the most current baggage policies, weight limits, and dimensional restrictions.

14. Booking Process and Confirmation

14.1 How Your Booking Works

When you complete a booking on adamvacations.com, the following process applies:

• 1. PNR Generation: Upon submission of your booking request and successful payment processing, a Passenger Name Record (PNR) is automatically generated in our system. At this stage, your payment has been received but your booking is not yet confirmed for ticketing.
• 2. Payment Verification and Fraud Screening: After payment is received, Adam Vacations initiates a mandatory verification process. This includes cross-checking the booking details for accuracy, verifying the authenticity of the transaction through our third-party fraud detection tools, and reviewing the risk assessment provided by our payment gateway and merchant processor. This step is essential to protect both Adam Vacations and our customers from fraudulent, unauthorized, or high-risk transactions.
• 3. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment processing, you will receive a booking confirmation email at the email address provided during the purchase. This email confirms that your transaction has been completed successfully and your booking request has been recorded in our system. However, this confirmation does not constitute a guaranteed ticket. Your booking remains subject to automated and, where necessary, manual risk evaluation checks conducted by Adam Vacations to prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, and misuse of payment instruments. Adam Vacations reserves the right to void, cancel, or reject any booking at this stage if any suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk activity is identified during these verification checks. The final and definitive confirmation of your booking is the issuance of your e-ticket, which you will receive via email only after all verification checks have been satisfactorily completed and the ticket has been issued by the airline or supplier.
• 4. Ticket Issuance: Adam Vacations will proceed to issue the ticket upon receiving confirmation from the airline, supplier, or our third-party ticketing partners. Once the ticket has been issued, you will receive your e-ticket and final confirmation via email. Your booking is considered fully confirmed only upon issuance of the e-ticket.

14.2 Right to Cancel Unverified Bookings

Important: Adam Vacations reserves the right to cancel any booking where the payment verification or fraud screening process raises concerns, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent transactions, unauthorized use of payment instruments, high-risk flags from our payment gateway or merchant processor, mismatched billing information, or bookings made with what appears to be wrong or deceptive intent. In such cases, Adam Vacations will notify you by email and/or phone, and a full refund of the amount charged will be processed to the original payment method.

14.3 Price Variations Before Ticketing

Airfares and travel service prices are guaranteed only upon ticket issuance, not upon submission of payment or generation of a PNR. Between the time of booking and ticket issuance, fares may change due to airline pricing updates, fare class sell-outs, currency fluctuations, or other factors beyond the control of Adam Vacations. If a price increase occurs before ticketing, Adam Vacations will notify you and provide options including paying the fare difference or cancelling the booking for a full refund.

If there is any issue with your booking or payment that prevents ticketing, Adam Vacations will notify you as soon as possible via email and phone.

15. Ticket Terms

All tickets are Non-Refundable, Non-Changeable, and Non-Transferable unless otherwise explicitly specified at the time of booking or as permitted by the airline’s fare rules. Traveller names on the booking must exactly match the name as it appears on the government-issued photo identification that will be used for travel. Failure to ensure an exact name match may result in denied boarding and/or additional change fees imposed by the airline.

16. Payment Terms

16.1 Accepted Currencies

Adam Vacations accepts payments in multiple currencies, including but not limited to US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), UAE Dirhams (AED), Euros (EUR), Indian Rupees (INR), and other currencies as displayed at the time of booking. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction and may include a processing fee.

16.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be made through credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, wire transfers, and other payment methods as made available on the website or communicated by Adam Vacations at the time of booking.

16.3 Card Verification

All credit and debit cards used for purchase must have a verifiable billing address. Online credit card transactions are authorized at the time the user (or anyone acting on their behalf) accepts these Terms and Conditions and proceeds with the purchase.

16.4 Payment Confirmation

All bookings require full payment or deposit confirmation before services are confirmed. Adam Vacations reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been received within the stipulated timeframe.

16.5 Service Fees

Adam Vacations may charge service fees, convenience fees, or processing fees in addition to the cost of travel services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to the completion of your booking.

17. Changes and Amendments

We understand that plans can change. Any modifications to a ticketed booking will be subject to airline penalties and Adam Vacations’ service fees.

17.1 Changes Within 24 Hours (US/UK Originating Flights)

If your flight originates from the United States or the United Kingdom and you wish to make changes or cancel within 24 hours of booking, an administration charge of $50 per person will apply, in addition to any applicable airline rules and regulations.

17.2 General Amendments

If you wish to change any aspect of your booking other than increasing the number of passengers, and provided Adam Vacations can accommodate the change, an amendment fee of USD 50.00 per booking will apply, plus any charges imposed by the airline or supplier. You will be informed of any additional taxes or fees prior to ticket issuance or re-issuance. Please note that after ticket issuance, most airlines do not permit changes.

18. Cancellation and Refunds

18.1 Cancellation Before Ticket Issuance

If you or any member of your party needs to cancel a flight or holiday booking prior to ticket issuance, Adam Vacations must be notified by the person who originally made the booking. This person shall be responsible for any applicable cancellation charges.

18.2 Cancellation After Ticket Issuance

Cancellation after ticket issuance will, in most cases, result in a loss of 100% of the total cost of all travel arrangements. Low-cost carriers and charter flights carry a 100% cancellation fee regardless of whether cancellation occurs before or after ticket issuance. Please consult with your Adam Vacations Travel Consultant for specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

18.3 Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the refund policies of the relevant Service Providers. Refund processing times may vary, and Adam Vacations’ service fees are generally non-refundable. Any refund will be made to the original payment method and in the original currency of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

18.4 Refund Processing Fee

In the case of any partial or full refund, an Airline Handling Fee of $50 will be charged in addition to any fees imposed by the airline or supplier.

19. Travel Documentation and VISA

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documentation required by the destination country or transit countries. Adam Vacations does not guarantee entry into any country and shall not be liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

Adam Vacations is not responsible for VISA formalities, entry requirements, or immigration procedures. Please consult the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority for up-to-date information on visa requirements, entry conditions, and travel restrictions for your destination and any transit countries.

20. Health Recommendations

Recommended inoculations and health requirements for travel may change at any time. It is your responsibility to obtain all recommended vaccinations, take all prescribed medications, and follow all medical advice pertaining to your trip. Adam Vacations assumes no liability for health-related issues arising during travel.

21. Travel Insurance

Adam Vacations strongly recommends that all clients purchase adequate travel insurance prior to departure. You are advised to carefully review the terms and coverage of any insurance policy to ensure it meets your needs. Adam Vacations will be pleased to provide you with a quote for travel insurance upon request.

22. Direct Flights

A direct flight, as defined in the aviation industry, is any flight between two points operated by an airline with no change in flight number. A direct flight may include one or more stops at intermediate airports for the purpose of boarding or disembarking passengers, refuelling, or other operational reasons. A direct flight is not necessarily a non-stop flight.

23. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Adam Vacations may be unable to issue airline tickets for confirmed bookings due to ticketing restrictions or limitations outside its control. If this occurs, Adam Vacations will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and will offer either a full refund or an alternative arrangement. If you choose an alternative arrangement that is more expensive than your original booking, you may be required to pay the fare difference.

24. Hazardous Materials

Federal law prohibits the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all airline and government regulations regarding prohibited items.

25. Force Majeure

Adam Vacations accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, alteration, delay, or change arising from unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial disputes (including air traffic control disputes), terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellations by scheduled airlines, pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions. You may check the current position in any country by contacting the relevant foreign affairs office or consulate.

LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS AND LEGAL PROVISIONS

26. Liability and Disclaimers

26.1 Intermediary Role

Adam Vacations acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Service Providers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any airline, hotel, cruise line, ferry, yacht, car rental fleet, or parking facility. All services are provided directly by the respective Service Providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.

26.2 Limitation of Liability

Adam Vacations shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Changes in flight schedules, delays, cancellations, or overbookings by airlines.
• Hotel overbookings, changes in room availability, or quality of accommodation.
• Cruise itinerary changes, port cancellations, or onboard service quality.
• Ferry or yacht cancellations, delays, or safety incidents.
• Vehicle condition, breakdowns, or accidents related to car rental services.
• Unavailability or changes in car parking reservations.
• Actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Service Provider.
• Personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of third-party services.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, or any other events beyond reasonable control.

26.3 No Warranty

The information, services, and content on this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Adam Vacations does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information on this website.

27. Indemnification
